Recently was invited to the opening of Woods Bio Marche in SS 2/72 Petaling Jaya. Many guests were invited and there was not enough seats and tables to cater to the large crowd. Luckily, there was enough food to go around and everyone left feeling very satiated. Buffet lunch was free and started at 12 nonn. Second session which was an hour later was not as crowded. We were requested to go back again at 3 pm for a cooking demonstration by a Japanese macrobiotic dessert specialist, Ms Yuka Ikeda. A fee of RM 20 per head was charged for this demonstration and the dessert presented was ''Crystal bun''.
