Ingredients: A bunch of gou gei choy A small handful of seaweed (soaked and washed) 1 heap teaspoonful gei ji (soaked) A little ginger strips
Method: 1. Fry ginger strips in a little olive oil 2. Add gou gei choy and fry for 1 minute 3. Put in a bowl of water and add in seaweed together with the gei ji 4. Bring to boil. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and dish out to serve
