Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts and cranberries (soaked in rum)
1 cup grated carrot
185ml of olive oil
225 gm flour
200 gm sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Method:
Mix well all the above ingredients and spoon into a baking tray and bake in 180C for 45 minutes
