Something simple at Nature's Recipe Cafe for the not-so-hungry times.
Perhaps it is my metabolism slowing down as there are times that I feel hungry but I only feel like having something light and Nature's Recipe Cafe has a lot to offer for the not-so-hungry times. From Chinese dimsums, to street food like stir-fried radish cakes and steamed yam cakes, you can always count on getting something tasty to feed your food cravings.

I wanted something light and quick. Nothing beats a Chinese hor yip fan which is filling to eat, tasty and nutritious. Nature’s hor yip fan is packed with flavor and I particularly like eating the juicy mushroom and chestnut. Really should learn how to make my own. Anyone got any good recipe to share?
We arrived at almost 7.30pm and ordered our food. As it is just to have a light snack so we ordered some individual dishes from the ala carte menu. Do not recommend the green curry as I guess that it may have been in the pot too long (maybe from opening time) as it tasted a bit not too fresh. However, the captain was very generous by offering us 4 cups of enzyme drinks on the house.
Nature's Recipe Cafe is diagonally opposite Nature's Vegetarian Restaurant. This cafe serves more of hawker's fare and dim sum dishes. The mushroom soup was recommended by the manageress who informed that it is a specialty by their own chef. It is indeed very good with a lot of mushrooms boiled together with it. Pumpkin soup is also available. The curry yong tau fu is very tasty too.
This is the original Nature's Vegetarian Restaurant and it is diagonally opposite Nature's Recipe Cafe, their subsidiary. Taste is ok but the mixed vegetables is just choy sum with fried bean curd skin and a few small pieces of vegetarian balls.
Mixed vegetable rice - RM 7.00
