8 pcs vegetarian chicken
1/2 handful of yook chook
1/2 handful of dried golden needles (soaked and cut off the stiff stem)
1 big pc woodear cut into strips
Some gei ji
some shredded ginger
a little vegetarian oyster sauceMethod:
1. Place all the above in a stainless steel plate.
2. Top with a little vegetarian oyster sauce and steam for 10 minutes.
