Ingredients: A small bunch of choy sum A small carrot (sliced) A teaspoonful of gei ji A little ginger strips, olive oil and miso
Method: 1. Fry ginger strips in a little olive oil 2. Add in carrot slices and fry for 1 minute 3. Add in choy sum and fry for a further minute 4. Finally add a little miso to taste and dish out to serve
