Of course, after such a fun day, we had to rest our feet at a Taiwanese themed snack eatery. This is not the typical ice shavings (chunky and hard ice), but it's made up of a cotton-soft snow-ice. After having this dessert, I think I'll be very tempted to pour syrup and cut fruits over freshly fallen snow and dig in!
