He's there every thursday, but be sure to go early, as there'll be tons of people waiting to have a bowl or two of his delicious tong shui. Personally, I only like Black Sesame Dessert and I only get it when it's on his "menu". Note: he doesn't really have a fixed menu, so it's pretty much a take it or leave it kinda situation. Nevertheless, his "fans" are forever there to support him, be it rain or shine. hehe
